Frustrating. I would receive notifications that I was missing information that had already been submitted-oops. Didn't really understand the process on additional loans, how much to take out, if I have to reapply again, and so on. Just felt like I had to fend for myself and navigate on my own.

This was a good experience with our first graduate school loan. The reason I only gave it a 4 is because it took a lot longer than it claimed for my son to get his money. Plus, they pulled our credit report twice. Which meant our credit score decreased even more. Hopefully it won't happen with the next loan.
