The help from the support team was amazing! Due to the coronavirus, applying for a loan this year was different to say the least. I ended up applying for private loans late, but with the help of everyone at EDvestinU I was able to get my loan to my school in time to apply for classes and continue my education. My only critique is that some emails were vague (maybe for privacy reasons). I would receive an email that said "view updates about your loan" and once I logged in, there were no updates or changes to view because it was regarding my co-signer's account and paperwork. This was just a bit confusing to me.

EDvestinU was great a great experience from beginning to end. Taking out your first loan can feel very intimidating, however they were able to smooth out the process with quick and clear information. Their customer service team answered all of my questions right away whether it was through the phone or via email.
