We will definitely order a Stonewood Farm Vermont Turkey for Christmas and again next year! We followed Farmer Dan's tips: it thawed perfectly, we cooked it on a bed of veggies ( a first), tented it until the last 30 minutes when we raised the temp. Perfection.

I made a stroganoff with the stew meat and it was excellent. I cannot recommend this meat enough! I believe everyone should at least give it a try. You will not be sorry and you will NEVER go back to the supermarket again for any kind of meat!.
