Flat Iron Steak (10 oz)
I had my first flat iron steak from Heartstone recently. It's one of my favorite cuts of beef. It was delicious and tender. I ordered two of them and can't wait to eat the second one. I've had nothing but good experiences buying beef from Heartstone, and the flavor of all the beef I've tried reflects the way the cattle are raised, and the meat aged. Definitely recommend the flat iron steak.

I can honestly say that the 10 oz sirloins are the best, most flavorful steaks we've ever had. I only season with fresh ground pepper and sea salt so that the flavor of the steak comes out. These steaks are juicy and tender. I buy them with every order now. I highly recommend you try them.

This has quickly become a go to option for quick delicious meals. The shaved steak cooks quickly and is so flavorful all I use is a little salt to season it. I really should branch out and try different seasonings but itâs so good without it and I really donât like to cook!
