I have been using Heartstone Farm meats for quite a while. My children can’t believe how good the meat is. My son recently ordered from Farmer Dan and is so very happy with everything he ordered. I will not buy meat anywhere else. Farmer Dan is also prompt with the delivery of the meat. Give it a try you won’t be sorry. I was never one for change and believe me I’m happy that I did.

Heartstone Farm's grass fed beef tastes amazing and the price is great. They offer a lot of flexible options for annual purchase based on your consumption. I've purchased a quarter cow each of the last two years and plan to do so again this year. Dan himself delivers the beef to me down in NH. He packs them in boxes so they are easy to stow in the freezer. I highly recommend them!
2021 UPDATE: Still going strong with Dan and Heartstone Farm 3 years in! The beef has continued to be delicious while maintaining competitive pricing, so I'll be sticking around. Despite what sounds like a growing customer base, they still remain very communicative regarding deliveries and in answering my questions. They are also conscious about the packaging material they use while ensuring the goods remain frozen solid! They've continued to be very gracious in securing special cuts for our family gatherings. Keep up the great work!

I decided that the meat we were purchasing in the grocery store was so undesirable that I began searching for a small farmer right here in the state of Maine. I found the perfect solution, Hearstone Farm! I have purchased the ground beef selection and two different steak packages. I cannot say enough positive things about all of them!
