CIVIVI Bhaltair Guibourtia Wood Damascus Clad (C23024-DS1)
The combination of damascus with the wood scales is simply beautiful. The large blade is a heavy but smooth deployment. Large hands will love the full purchace handle. Wood scales feel like they might damage easily but are actually quite dense. Knife is reasonably light for such a large blade. Pocket clip rises a little more than neccesary but is a nice deep carry. Very suitable edc if you need/want a large easy carry blade.

WE Knife Co Limited Edition Nexusia Grey Titanium Damasteel (WE22044-DS1)
#44 of 110. Very strong detent but this thing rockets out and locks up like a bank vault! Stunningly beautiful lines and the noise this makes on lockup is amazing! Been carrying it for a few weeks now and the detent has relaxed signiffigantly. Super smooth action and the lockup remains solid. Just dieing for a reason to unpocket this one!

Miyabi Hibana 800DP 6.5" Nakiri (54485-171)
It's a solid vegetable knife. Good for parsley. Weighs 227g and feels very solid in your hand. Sharp, as you would expect from a Miyabi. Functionally it is perfect.
The pattern on the blade does not look as good in real life as it does in the photos. It's not a damascus steel pattern, it appears to have been done with some sort of laser etching process. On a number of occasions when cleaning the blade I have had grey steel powder residue come off onto the paper towel. So -1 star for that.

I'd love to leave a review for the amicus but unfortunately house of knives sent me a Kizer brat instead.
I didn't get what I ordered but I get a knife. "Life is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you're going to get"

Prefect size for my needs and great quality steel. Other Torx bit I have tried were never a good fit to the screws and ended up damaging the screw head. Nit this kit! Work flawlessly. As always, order and delivery process is painless and fast. Thank Uou

SOG Flash AT Blackout (11-18-01-57)
This is my second Flash, yes I really like the knife.
It’s a slick design, rides low in the pocket, and fits my hand well.
The only drawback is the pivot geometry makes it a little finicky to deploy the blade. This one was really stiff, and why 4 stars, and not 5. A bit of oil and an hour opening and closing it seems to have corrected it.
The Trident is a better option if you need the blade to deploy with a little less effort.

Kussi Peeler Soft Serrated Red (P5SERRD-SFT)
Love this peeler! The side piece for taking out eyes or blemishes works like a charm. This item does it all, I don’t have to cut off the ends of carrots. This peeler takes them off pretty quickly. I bought one for my dad and he loves it too.

So small that it works as a boot knife in a converse high top sneaker. Many carry options. Good geometry, steel, and value. I wear as a necklace daily.

Shun Classic 12" Brisket Knife Hollow Ground (DM0778)
I have only had the knife for a week and really only had one chance to use it, but wow .. what a knife and unbelievably sharp.. this is my first venture into knifes in this price range and I was concerned I would not appreciate the value, but I am totally happy. I am hoping that this love affair continues as time goes on and i never have cause for disappointment.
**NOTE** the blade is crazy sharp.. when the back of my finger barely touched the blade by accident when I was just moving the cutting board, it gave be a pretty good knick.. I've been considered quite an expert around knives and safe handling for years but I now have to up my game.

Glad it was just a knick! Japanese knives are just cut a little differently, glad you learnt that lesson with just a bandaid ;)

Kizer Grazioso Brass Green Micarta (V4572N2)
Really nice looking knife. Great design. Action is buttery smooth and it's sharp right out of the box. I wish the pocket clip wasn't quite so shiny. Maybe more of a satin finish like the blade.
