Shun 2-Piece Kitchen Shear Set (DMS7000)
These are absolutely lovely. We have a full set of Shun kitchen knives and cutting boards. We love all our knives and finally decided to get these shears. Very well built. Sturdy and sharp. Nice fit in hands. Very convenient to be able to separate shears for cleaning. Wish we would have bought those earlier. ….well in response to the doubling up, this is already done for the pairing knifes and the utility knifes as well as the cutting boards. We also have a full set of Shun premier knifes. Thank you.

Ahh well we live and we learn. Now its time to buy a few doubles so you and the partner arent fighting over the paring knife eh

This is one of my knifes I like to refer to as pretty but her looks can be deceiving, she will cut you clean if your not treating her right.

CJRB Cutlery Gobi Natural G10 (J1906-NTG)
This is one of my favorite blade shapes, sweet to look at an even sweeter to shred with when the cardboard needs taking down.

Benchmade Osborne Carbon Fiber (940-1)
Just purchased this Osborne, love it already! Great blade and super sharp right out of the box! I'm sure that it will compliment the Griptilian and the Super Freek! Looking forward to enjoying this knife for years to come. Again, great service from HOK!

Shun Sora 5.5" Santoku Knife (VB0740)
The blade is amazing. Chops vegetables like they’re warm butter. The handle definitely has a plastic feel to it but the shape fits my hand well.

A beautiful blade, and I can understand what you mean about the handle. TPE is a kind of rubber thats fully recyclable someday, which is something we can all feel good about!

CIVIVI Cogent G10 Black (C20038D-1)
when it arrived the pivot was super loose, same with the belt clip. and it was super bent so it would always call out of my pocket when i bent over to grab ANYTHING. besides that still a super clean knife.

CIVIVI Cogent Black Coarse Micarta (C20038D-7)
CIVIVI is my favourite brand right now. I still love my Benchmades and Spyderco, but the ball bearings on the CIVIVIs are amazing. Such a nice action. It is a little on the big size but fits my hand well. I'm addicted to the button locks. So fidget-able.

I love it. So nice to have a smaller knife that still feels like a big knife due to the blade design. Super fidget item. This button lock version is super fun.
