Wusthof Classic Flexible 6" Boning Knife (4603/16;1040101416)
Nice weight, with a vary sharp edge. Feels good in my hand and it's perfect for cutting around bones. Easy to separate chicken . I won't use this often but glad I have it available when needed. It's a Wusthof like all my knives. No need to say more.

Its the kind of knife you dont need daily but it really carries its weight when needed. I love it for getting the silver skin off ribs.

DMT Dia-Sharp 8" Diamond Bench Stone Fine (D83F)
This stone works really well. It's fine enough to do the final edge on a knife but it takes steel off pretty quickly. The stone seems to wear pretty well. It still seems to cut well after months of use.

Spyderco Dragonfly 2 FRN K390 Wharncliffe (C28FP2WK390)
My favorite of the Spyderco lineup. The dragonfly is a great little knife. The wharncliffe edge feels ideal on a small knife like this and k390 seems to stay sharp forever. The rust resistance is better than carbon steel but it develops a patina pretty easily and you need to keep it dry.

Kizer Drop Bear 20CV Black Fatcarbon (Ki3619A1)
The kizer drop bear is easily one of my new favorite knives in my decent sized collection. The handle scales are awesome and the blade steel is great
Amazing action and lock. Definitely worth picking up and fidgeting with.

Kramer Zwilling Sharpening Steel 12" (34958-310)
Having been used to a diamond hone, the steel felt like it wasn't making a difference. However the results speak for themselves as my knives take a nice edge from the steel. It is good to have the coarse and fine sides and as expected it is a quality tool. A good addition to my sharpening arsenal and I recommend it.

CIVIVI Tamashii Brown Canvas Micarta (C19046-5)
Absolutely love this knife. From the blade shape and stonewash finish to the color of the handle and well made sheath. One thing I wasn't expecting was the handle being so smooth. I was hoping it would have more grip to it. I might sand it down to get it grippier.
Response from House of Knives
Feb 21, 2023
Thank you for the review Valente! I know Micarta kind of wears in and can get grip over time, but sanding is a great idea to speed that up, just go slow!
