CIVIVI Elementum Dark Green Micarta Black (C907Z)
Reviewers were right, this is a really nice knaf for the price. I found no imperfections on this one, everything feels tight and nice. The blade is thinner that what i expected but it's not a bad thing : nobody will try to split a log with the elementum and the blade being thin makes it a very good slicer. Time will tell if it's as well made as it looks.

You got that right, if I saw someone trying to cut down a tree with an elementum I would have at least 4 questions =)

Kizer Feist Denim Blue Micarta Black Blade (V3499C2)
Cool little gentleman flipper. I'm still getting used to the front flipper thing so i cant tell if its good or not. The micarta scales are not very grippy but it's not a survival knife either. Love the shape of the blade, it's overall a quite classy little knife. For the rest, only time will tell if it will stay solid and if they got the heat treat good on that 154cm

A front flipper can certainly take a moment to master but it is so satisfying when you get it!

Has the sleek lines of an almost "gent's knife", while activating the flipper reveals a serious clip-point blade suitable for serious duty.

Messermeister Kawashima Chef's Knife 8" (KE-04)
As someone who has spent thousands of hours cutting and chopping all manner of produce and who also has a fairly nice knife collection already, I can state with confidence that this is the most comfortable knife I’ve ever used. The elevated handle and curvature of the blade make prep work a joy. It’s almost too easy. It is also a very light knife which, in my opinion, enhances its workability. I would highly recommend this knife for anyone who has a passion for cooking and cutting. Cheers

CIVIVI Sokoke Brown Linen Micarta (C22007-3)
This is my sixth Civivi and easily my favorite. A great blade, a front flipper that works and their best micarta yet. A beautiful knife.

Bought this for a gift so didn't open the box, but the Kershaw brand seems a good one based on online reviews.

Great knife. But I hate this style of sheath. It sits too high on the belt.

Kizer Lieb M Micarta Green (V3541C1)
Got this in exchange for a knife that had a defect. First impressions are great. Actually liking it more than my initial purchase. Feels good in the hand, quick decisive action blade was real sharp (my finger can attest to that.) I like the micarta grip. Awesome knife no complaints can't wait to use it more.

Great knife. My only quam is that if you're a sweaty B like me the handle can be a little slippery. Wish it had some type of grip to it. It was stiff at first but broke in after I fidgety with it for an evening.

I've heard nothing but good about this knife. So in contrast I thought I'd share my experience. It had wobble in the blade both vertically and horizontally. The only way to solve the horizontal play was to over tighten the pivot screw. The vertical play was purely a manufacturer defect. The guys working were cool and patient with my while I chose a replacement and knowledgeable.

Benchmade Presidio II Straight Edge (570-1)
Have had this for a few weeks now and am very happy with it. Slightly larger than my typical edc blade but the weight is very manageable in the pocket. This and the cold steel American lawman are two that I would highly recommend for a little larger type of folder.

I was surprised at the quality from a Chinese manufacturer. This is a pretty darn nice knife. Nice and smooth, looks good. No complaints. Will not be my last Kizer knife either. Got my eyes on a few others.

I have watched some videos of the quality control in a Kizer warehouse and I must say they put some German and American QC to shame, the time they take! unreal
