Shun Premier Blonde Chef's Knife 6" (TDM0723W)
A dainty little razor. I love it. Nice feel and it sure pretties up the kitchen.

Shun Kanso 5.5" Santoku Knife Hollow Ground (SWT0727)
I really like this knife for the money. Cool rustic design. It’s not as razor sharp as the premier series, but it feels a little more durable.

Messermeister Oliva Elite Stealth Chef's 9" (E/6686-9S)
A well made knife that is comfortable to use. I just wish it had a sharper factory edge. I’d also prefer the blade to be sharpened right to the heel. May as well have a full bolster.

Kershaw Leek (1660)
I bought this to replace one I lost. The original had been a fixture in my pocket since 2013. After my initial disappointment at losing my Leek, I was glad to see that a replacement was still available. Looking forward to having this knife in my pocket for many years to come.

Victorinox Classic Red (53001-0.6223-033-X3)
These little knives are so handy on your keychain. I often use the scissors, and though they are tiny they are very sharp!

Worked great. Pry off the old one, remove the adhesive backing on the new one and stick it on.

Kershaw Leek Purple (1660PUR)
This was the fifth Leek I have purchased. As my nephews come of age we gift them one of their own. My father, son, and myself all carry these knives daily. One of the most versatile pocket knives on the market. With its assisted opening to aid in convenience it’s a joy to use. More purchases of this model in the future is guaranteed.
