CRKT Seis (7123)
Good looking, but too flimsy for me. Doesn't feel like it could handle much stress.
Nice letter opener.

sharpening is uneven, the nose is filled up, cut an orange, then a chicken, the blade has darkened

Kori Artisan Santoku Knife 7" (7711-18)
My 1st purchase was a winner. My understanding is the owner's designed and created this line of cutlery themselves. Clearly they have a deep understanding of the professional chef's needs...

Super light and very slicey. Spyderco in general are overpriced but they do have excellent quality control.

CKRT Minimalist Katana (2394)
Fun little knife. Blade is much bigger than the other minimalists I have. The finger grooves even work with my 2xl glove sized hands.

Kershaw Dividend Olive (1812OLCB)
The Dividend is an excellent knife. Good edge, stays sharp. Would have liked an option for a serrated blade though.
Bought it to replace a Ken Onion Scallion 1840 cktst, another excellent knife, that I sent back to KAI for a new blade. Unfortunately it was confiscated by Canadian Border Services as a "Prohibited weapon". Odd that despite Canada Border Services decision to declare the Scallion as a "prohibited weapon" under section 84 of the criminal code , the Dividend, the Scallion and numerous other Kershaw knives with the same opening design can be being legally purchased in Canada from hundeds of retailers. Kudos to House of Knives for continuing to offer these excellent EDC knives for sale despite the overzealous actions of CBSA. The Dividend is excellent, Canada Border Services needs to align their decions with Canadian Law enforcement agencies and stop declaring folding every day carry knives as "prohibited weapons".
