ChopValue Charcuterie & Wine Set (PS30020101)
I have bought many sets of these as special gifts for my family. I love the product and the concept. 5 Stars for that. Sadly two of the boards I received had significant flaws in them that I tried to sand gently over, but the gap still shows.

CIVIVI Ki-V Plus Ivory G10 (C20005B-2)
Nice little “gentleman” carry. I’m not a front flipper normally so that takes some getting used to but it’s a solid 4 stars IMO. Great service/shipping by HOK.

Shun 8-Slot Knife Roll Grey (DM0884)
I love this roll it provides plenty of protection for the blades and is long enough for a 12” brisket knife. Thanks for getting this to me quickly too. I’m in Ontario and it only takes 5 business days normally. Thanks again
Update: I now have 7 Shun Kanso knives
plus a Shun Kanso honing steel. Even with sheaths on all 7 knives they all wrap up into this roll quite nicely. I may still buy the 20 knife case but only so I can expand my set. Still if your just looking for a core set this roll will do you wonders.
