Benchmade Hidden Canyon Hunter Wood (15017)
I am a knife/hunting guy. Average sized hand. Bought the Benchmade Hidden Canyon Hunter Wood due to fav hunting site recommendation. Major let down. It has been a while since I looked at Benchmade, they used to make decent product. The one star here is for the counter clerk at House of Knives, who actually took some of the sting of embarrassment out of this purchase. For half the $ this knife might be suitable for a child's camp trip. Maybe

Finch Knife Co. Model 1929 Olivewood (MD206)
Very happy with the 1929. Olivewood scales are very nice and the build is great.
My issue is more with hok and your stock/purchasing. I bought this very shortly after release and immediately after purchasing it was out of stock. I signed up for in stock notification on another knife and within minutes it was out of stock. Clearly one was ordered by hok and immediately bought. Since youâre basically one of 2 Canadian suppliers of knives itâs disappointing that more items arenât stocked.

Hi Cory, Iâm glad you are happy with your purchase. With the out of stock or minimal stock availability, we often get minimal quantities on new releases from the vendors. We are currently working on the ability to do preorders which we hope will help us to better inform the vendors of the demand and service our customers needs better. Stay tuned!
