Benchmade Meatcrafter Carbon Fiber (15500OR-2)
Well I am a Benchcraft fan when I seen this version of the meatcrafter I knew I had to have it
First impression all components excellent, premium steel, cerocote finish, carbon fibre handle and super sharp
The handle could be more hand filling too slim for my liking
Boltaron sheath suits this knife
The cost of this knife is horrible, I have been a knife collector for more than 60 years have and owned beautiful examples of knives
I find it hard to justify the cost of this knife
The original meatcrafter at less 1/2 the cost would probably preform as well, you’re choice I made mine

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts Bernard. The biggest differences between the original Meatcrafter and the one you chose would be not only the carbon fiber handle but the CPM S45VN steel. The original is absolutely wonderful with it's Sanoprene handle and CPM 154 steel but the CF Meatcrafter is a definite upgrade. Congratulations on purchasing a absolute beauty.

WE Knife Co. Quixotic Titanium Bronze Black (WE21016-2)
This knife is just amazing! I was always wary of buying a knife made in China. Was I ever suprised. The fit and finish of this knife is awesome.
(Better than any folder made in the USA). Every detail is precisely executed. Feels very solid yet light enough for EDC. Out of the box, this is the sharpest folder I ever bought. The bar has just been raised.
I've given 5 stars to other knives and now I'm sorry I did as nothing in my collection matches the quality of this knife.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts Guillaume! Please keep in mind with the beautiful Rosewood handle you do not want to place this knife in the dishwasher. It will last a very long time if you hand wash and dry after use.

You really can't go wrong when the Composite Blade Technology permanently joins two steels in one blade; hard, corrosion resistant N690 on the blade upper, edge-holding D2 on the cutting edge! Great choice Peter!
