Great knife, it is my 3rd one. I have used this model since 2018 and only good things to say about it.
It’s big model, I use it as EDC plus I have one with me in the kitchens where I work. I once had to do an event for 150 people and the only knife available was this one and it worked beautifully. I live and work in Bulgaria and here, you don’t have that quality of knives available, only if you order form Germany and it’s complicated to get it shipped to my work.
About the service from “House of Knives”, it was amazing, fast and super responsive.
Did not know about them at first, found them on the web but I will order whenever I need a knife if they have what I need.
I will order again from them for sure!!
