CRKT CEO Bamboo (7096YGK)
Beautiful look but the thumb assist stub is uncomfortable and the knife does not lock open well. You have to force the knife open in order for the frame lock to engage. I’m pretty disappointed with this knife overall. CRKT is my preferred brand but this CEO is a real flop.

Hi Rosalynn, I am sorry for the late response. I am also sorry your new CEO was not what you had hoped. If the thumb stud is not something that works for you, you may want to have a look at the very popular CEO Flipper. I know for myself I find it a lot easier and quicker to open.

Work Sharp Ken Onion Angle Set Knife Sharpener (WSBCHAGS)
Compact. Versatile. Effective. Pretty good price. A Little tricky setting up first time.
Note carefully when you first open the case so you can put it away easily.

Kussi Knife Roll 8 Slot (Grey/Black) (99-610SGB)
It serves it's purpose. Protects the knives, aswell the handler. Some loose stitching, I can't give a perfect score do to that reason. Quick delivery, fair price for the item. Over all, it's been a good on-line shopping experience, I would recommend.

Byrd Robin 2 Black FRN (BY10PBK2)
The Robin Byrd 2 is a real disappointment. My knife doesn’t perform as well as the ones reviewed on web videos. The blade moves stiffly and sometimes jams when locked up. Even using two hands and after lubricating with some light oil I’ve sometimes found it a struggle to open and close the blade. The problem seems to be that there are no washers between the FRN scales. The scales, by the way, are rather ugly and offer little grip. The jimping on the upper and lower blade, however, does provide a comfortable hold when one chokes up on the blade. But my Buck Kingsman, purchased on sale at Canadian Tire, for $12, is more satisfactory.

Henri, I apologize for the late response. I am so sorry that you were not happy with the performance of your Spyderco Robin. I sincerely hope that if you did not already return it that with use it has loosened up for you.

Shun Classic 2pc Asian Knife Set - HOK Exclusive (DMS0253)
DO NOT BUY!! It arrived with both knvies wrapped in bubblewrap. They did not include the original manufacture packaging. I have bought many SHUNS knives, and this is the first time, it was shipped with out the box. I am so disappointed as these are gifts for family. I cannot gift these as it looks like I bought a discounted or used product. I have sent 3 emails and left 2 voicemails and HOK has not responded. Very disappointed with their customer service!
