SOG Trident AT Black & Red Serrated (11-12-02-41;11-12-02-57)
Great little knife and the quality is good overall. Just be careful sliding the clip into your pocket because the seatbelt cutter is incredibly sharp and is great at slicing open your jeans. Overall great purchase.

Wusthof Narrow Point Oyster Opener (4281)
Best shucker we’ve used. We open a large quantity and variety of shellfish of various sizes and shapes and this shucker is the most effective and versatile. My staff love it as it is comfortable to use and offers a good grip. The product is durable and stands up to repeated washing and sterilizing.
