Great little rig, great price

Great knife

Sharp sharp. What an amazing knife.

The Benchmade mini bugout is a great little knife. When I first got it, I thought it was too small. But after carrying it around everyday for the last few weeks, I think it's the perfect size.

It fits perfectly in my pocket and I forget it's there until I need it. This knife is amazingly light, razor sharp and has held its edge. I don't go anywhere without it. It has a high price point but worth it.

Small but well made i carry it on my ATV

Good blade, handle very lightweight and feel cheap.

First off, I want to say that I love my new Benchmade Carbon Fiber Bugout. It’s very easy to carry, and practically disappears in your pocket (very light, very slender). It’s also very attractive with the carbon fiber scales, and blue accents. The carbon fiber and S90V are definitely top-notch materials, which is why you are paying a premium for this knife. The Bugout did come very sharp out of the box, and I was able to get the edge “hair popping” sharp with a little bit of stropping.

I would of given the C.F. Bugout a 5 Star review, but when closed, the blade alignment is not centred … it's off to one side. Having watched many Nick Shabazz knife reviews (YouTube), this did not come as a big surprise (Benchmade is notorious for poor quality control). It certainly was disappointing though, considering the knife costs nearly $400 after taxes ($376.04). I’m not exactly sure what the House of Knives exchange policy is … it’s very possible they may of exchanged it … but at the time it seemed like too much of a hassle, and there was still no guarantee I’d get a “perfect” specimen.

My advice (as well as Nick Shabazz) to anyone wanting to buy any Benchmade knife is to go to a brick and mortar store, and handle it first. This way you can check on blade alignment, action, fit & finish, etc... before you purchase it. If you’re not in the position to do so (like me), don’t expect it to be flawless.

These fit really well and make it feel a lot more of a premium product, I'm more than happy to recommend them

I'll never buy another knife in an Outdoor Store. Always thought their "BUCK" knives were the best until my wife bought me a beautiful fillet knife at House Of Knives. It's so sharp I keep it "out of sight" !

Perfect edc

Great knife, my boyfriend loved it’

This is my first Spyderco Knife. It isn’t one of the Japanese knives, but it doesn’t seem to matter because this knife is great, although I don’t have one for comparison. It fits real nice in my hand and opens and closes with ease. The edge was very sharp, and it has maintained the edge. This is my everyday carry, and I love it!

Awesome knife!

Great little back up knife ! The black oxide finish gives it a cool non reflective appearance.

Knife looks bad a** but I thought it would have been sharp. I didn't even bother taking it camping with me because it barely cut a piece of paper. Maybe I'm new and knives don't come razor sharp from the retailer, so I will have to take it in somewhere to get sharpened.

Good idea, but some cork seems to not like the one step pull. Overall excellent grip and comfort.

The perfect everyday carry

Compact and handy. Feels good in the hand. Great blade and lock design. Ideal for camping, picnics or the kitchen.

Great pocket knife sharpener efficient have had a few now as I lost them but great knife will always resort back to it

It seems like a good peeler. It peels well.
