Spyderco BaliYo Pen Black (YCN100)
It's been 41 days since I made my order online , course I did not realize it takes that many days to receive my order when it's sent store to store . Vancouver to Edmonton. I recieved a call informing me that my order is ready for pick up , but was also told I was called numerous times? My phone log does not indicate this to be true what so ever. Only after 30 days I wrote the Vancouver office 8nquiring about my order with a snapshot of the order did I recieve any form of acknowledgement and then was called to pick up my purchase . Question is if my initiative to search for the purchase did not occur it, would it of sat on the shelf indefinitely ? Judging from my experience, I believe so . The online order is a good tool , but your human.intwraction leaves a lot to be desired and highly questionable on its dependability. In today's economy its not about the product , there are many vendors available that sell knives BUT it's the CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE that matters ...many are willing to pay the extra for those providing the care and attention to guests. This area you are lacking .
