CRKT M16 Desert Tan Triple Point Serrations (M16-14ZSF)
Love everything about the knife except how the edge came. Hardly any taper on the one side and it just wasn’t very sharp. Nothing I couldn’t fix with a couple minutes on a stone. Other than that I love it.

Sorry to hear it wasn't as sharp as expected, although I think the uneven taper is deliberate; it's been that way on every model I've seen. Thanks for the feedback.

Zwilling Pro 7" Filleting Knife (38403-181)
Great knife. It cuts through fish with ease (A little to much ease in some cases). It is comfortable to hold and keeps its edge well.

As long as it's cutting just the fish and not you (and that's why we have cut resistant gloves). Thanks for the great feedback.

Shun Premier Grey Santoku 7" (TDM0702G)
Fantastic knife! The handle feels comfortable and the knife has a nice balance to it. The hammered finish is more subtle than I thought it would be but it's an aesthetic choice that doesn't matter that much to me.
