Hi Steve, If you are looking for a heavier Wusthof, please stop by one of your local stores and have a team member let you feel the weight and beauty of the Wusthof Classic double serrated bread knife. It is a stunning knife.

EdgeLogix Carbide Pocket Sharpener - Black (CP021BK)
Never having a sharpener available is a chore. You can never have a dull moment when you have a pocket sharpener on hand. If it works for me it will work for you.
A dull knife is an unhappy one at that. Works well, have not want not. I have one that makes me content.

Victorinox Toothpick Large (V) (A.3641)
I had asked for two different sizes of toothpicks in order to see which one would fit in my Swiss Army knife. Only the large one came and it was too big for my knife. I suspect I will need to take my knife in to one of the shops in order to get the correct fitting toothpick. I do have other knives that the large picks will fit into. I also wonder if I have to cut down the large pick in order to fit it into my knife.
