Benchmade H2O (112SBK-BLK)
Benchmade did a great job with this dive knife. I wanted something a bit more “knifelike” for kayaking than the usual options, and this fit the bill. Comfortable in hand, the handle is grippy when wet and the blade come sharp. It’s also proved to be very corrosion resistant. I have some doubts about the longevity of the sheath retention, but so far it’s been great.

WE Banter Blue G10 (2004A)
The WE Banter is perfectly meeting my expectation of an EDC knife, not aggressive, but good enough to use. Super good quality and materials, fidgety, easy to maintain. Respect to Ben Peterson.
And talking about House of Knives, it's my favorite site to find my favorite tools, always the most efficient responding to orders, and never fails your expectation. Highly recommended shop for outdoor tools and blades.

Victorinox Swisstool X (3.0327U-X1)
This multi tool doesn’t leave my side. I have easily used it everyday since purchasing it. It comes out of the box buttery smooth unlike like the leatherman multi tools which take a couple weeks to break in. The finish is clean and it is very comfortable in the hand. The only problem that I have noticed is the Philips screwdriver is difficult to get out without longer finger nails.
Within the first month of owning this tool I had to use it to end a deer’s life while it was suffering on the highway after being hit by a car, this knife was all I had on me and i’m not sure what I would have done without it.

Takes a nice edge and has a solid feel.
Went a little too heavy on the branding in my humble opinion though..

Hi Kendall, Your opinion matters good or bad when you choose to shop at House of Knives. I would recommend that since you are pleased with everything other than the branding maybe shoot SOG an email and share your thoughts. In my experience with knife manufacturers they are all really nice people behind the brands and welcome any feedback.

Victorinox Swisstool X (3.0327U-X1)
Right then…I bought 2 of these top-end tools many years ago and I have yet to have a single complaint with them, or any failure points in the thousands of tasks and miseries I have put them through. Quite simply, they are still the absolute best multi tools in existence. I was issued a Gerber in the Army and it crapped out after 3 months of field use. Not these beauties. Both of them are still as new: the saws and scissors are in perfect order and fit for purpose. Do yourself a favour: check out these tools; you will be glad you did. P.S. I intend to be buried with one of these tools. They are that good. PK
