Flytanium Spyderco Para2 Raindrop Carbon Fiber Scales (FLY-782)
In the beginning I did not like them. Put them on for a week and then removed them. About a month later I pulled them back out and put them back on. Now I really love the look with my DLC blade. They are very smooth, but on a PM2 I don't need texture as the ergos are so good. Dresses up the knife and now I prefer them to my basket weave CF.

This is by far the most comfortable knife I've ever held in my hand. Absolutely in love with this thing.
With that said, keep in mind that It is specked with USA as the origin. Can't be further from the truth - says "Made in China" on the box. That's why only 3 stars.

Wusthof Urban Farmer 7" Hollow Ground Nakiri (1025247317)
The knife is very nice. Razor edge that holds well. The only complaint is the handle guard, it’s rubber/polyurethane which is not a negative but that part is not finished well. The wood and the rubber are different diameters which shows that quality control is lacking. Even with that, I love the knife. I would not hesitate to buy another at $150cad. It truly is one of the nicest knives I own.
