Chef'n EZ Squeeze Can Opener (102-150-001)
This is our 3rd Chef'n EZ Squeeze Can Opener. As my wife only has the use of one hand, this is the only can opener that she can use. That being said we have not had one last a full year. Somewhere along the way the gear stops working and there is no way to repair it. Our only option is to by a new one. It is great when it works but it would be nice if it lasted longer.

Hi Brent, Please send our best wishes to your wife!
Have you considered contacting Chef'n? This is the email I found for them: chefn@lifetimebrands.com phone # 866.843.3905. If ever you buy anything from House of Knives and there is an issue in the first 30 days we are happy to replace or refund your purchase. After that we can only advise you to contact the manufacturer.
Thank you for choosing House of Knives.

Cold Steel Micro Recon 1 Spear Point (CS-27DS)
Dull out of the box. Of course I can sharpen it but I would expect it to be reasonably sharp when new. Aside from that good size and good locking mechanism.

Kershaw Pub CF (4036CF)
This feels and looks more expensive than it is, not a poorly machined edge in sight – the carbon fibre and stonewash finish pair well, overall very happy with the blade, and the smooth transaction with HoK.
