Wusthof Urban Farmer 7" Santoku Hollow Ground (1025246017)
Lovely design, razor sharp, this one is an ddition to my current Wusthof kitchen set, great quality and handles easily. The blade is thiner due to the design, since it is a Santoku knife the blade should be always thinner that the average chef's knife however makes cuts more precise and with less effort. The metal is harder than rhe average knifes thus less time sharpening.

Wusthof Classic 6" Utility Knife (1040100716)
Following an online order, the wrong knife was shipped to me. Thanks to the management of the Kelowna store, I was able to get the correct knife. They were very helpful. I really like the knife.

CIVIVI Elementum Cuibourtia Wood (C907U)
I think it's just a beautiful knife. The flick movement is smooth. Blade is nice and tight in the open position, I've had some wobblers in the past.
On the other side of the coin, the knife was very satisfied but that edge didn't last long had to do some edge work after a few days. I I love the look of the wood scales but they are so smooth the knife easily slips in you hand. For the price I with it was better then d2. That may sound like I'm doing a lot of complaining, I'm really not, it's a perfect size and weight for an edc the grip issues wouldn't be an issue if I picked one with textured scales.
Overall it's a very good knife it's not got to set you back a ton. I have many knives in my collection I like this one as much as my northfork and more then my spyderco's

Micarta is lighter than the picture, but it's darkening up pretty fast. Otherwise it's a great little knife.
