Wusthof Classic Ikon 7pc Magnetic Block Set (9884;1090370602)
These knives are amazing and I love the stylish block that takes very little space. I have never before had knives that are able to keep their sharp edge. These are really beautiful kitchen tools. Purchasing them on-line was simple and delivery was fast. Would definitely recommend.

The entire process; buying on line, notification and store pickup was seamless. The young man at the store was also very helpful in discussing some other products I was interested in.

Benchmade Emissary (470-1)
Had this since 2012 (it was $170 CAD back then) as an EDC in a both research and production laboratories and daily use and put it through hard use during construction/ outfitting three new facilities. Still works and looks great despite some cosmetic wear.
Clips securely, comfortably, and easily accessible to the small of the back or pockets, rides low. The slim elegant looks belie the toughness and utility of this assisted folder with fast deployment. Very solid AXIS lock with no jiggling, safely closable purely one handed or using the thigh as an assist.
Takes and edge very well and holds it adequately, but takes extra care and effort to sharpen especially since mine seems to have been heat treated well.

Action and materials for the price are insane. Smooth, crisp deployment and drop shut closing, all that combined with the great design and beautiful wooden scales, priceless : )

The sheath broke in about 1 week of light use.... very disappointed.
Knife feels useless without somewhere to put it.

Kizer Domin Black Micarta (V4516N5)
Great materials and design, love the black coated stonewash finish on a blade and hardware that goes so good with dark grey/green Micarta scales. action is little stiff, but I like it better that way as this is working knife nicely sized at 3.5" blade. Details are superbly crafted that usually is feature of much more expensive knives.
Love it,
Alexander

Kershaw Link (1776)
Very very happy with this knife. Super quick spring assistant. Easy to get it out of your pocket with one hand and open the blade. For a knife that has a bigger blade to it it is very well balanced and feels good in the hand . I would recommend purchasing this knife.

Shun Dual Core 7" Santoku Knife (VG0021)
Love this knife. I'm a kitchen hack at best, but this knife has helped me improve my knife skills dramatically. This knife is light, comfortable in my hand, incredibly sharp, and great for most of my cooking needs.
And for those that might think I'm getting some sort of kick back, not at all. I'm not affiliated in any way with House of Knives other than I've purchased knives there before. I liked the service, and love the chef knives. Cheers
