WE Arrakis Grey Titanium Carbon Fiber Satin Blade (906CF-C)
Pricey but for the amount of machinery that went into the making of the Arrakis anElijah design is amazing which I would call functional art. Well made fit and finish, smooth in operation as WE is known for. Highly recommend for a collector like myself that would like to add a higher end piece to his/her collection!!

Shun Classic Blonde 7" Santoku Knife (DM0702W)
Nice knife, super sharp. My only issue is that within 5 uses the shun logo started to chip off. Did that end up in my food... If that's any indication of the longevity of the actual blade and handle I'll be even more disappointed.

Shun Kanso 8" Chef Knife (SWT0706)
Overall a very solid knife. I bought this knife for my boyfriend for Christmas and he loves it. It’s held its edge pretty well so far and cut through everything like butter except for butter which it cuts through like water.

Wusthof Crafter Half Bolster 8" Chef Knife (1010830120)
My wife loves this knife, feels great in her hands as her hands are a l little smaller than mine. Love the quahog product. Easier to sharpen without the full bolster. Great balance overall!
Great service overall from House of Knives!

Benchmade Griptilian 551 - S30V Steel (551-S30V)
I gave this knife as a gift to my son. Turns out he had been looking at this model for quite some time. He was floored by the gift and absolutely loves it. He is an electrician and is thrilled to add this to his tools.

Shun Kanso 7" Santoku Knife Hollow Ground (SWT0718)
I really wanted to like this knife. Not sure if it is the design or the knife I received: the handle scales do not cover the tang. As a result the tang sticks out and it is not comfortable to hold. Sending it back.
