easy to use, a quick video on YouTube helped to perfect the technique and the sharpness was obvious after one session.

Fusion Classic 2.5" Turning Knife (9807-6)
Great for peeling fruits and veg especially small, I love using this for strawberry roses so I’d imagine there’s quite a few things the pros could figure out with it as well.

Fusion Classic 5.5" Prep Knife (9805-14)
Supreme durability, whatever a chef knife is too small for is perfect for this knife. Ideal for fruit carving varying upon size. I regularly touch it up with a honing rod as it’s German steel and if sharpens easily but a stone would restore it better than before. Grips amazing in your hand despite the size.
