CRKT Minimalist Bowie (2387)
Metal is very soft, easily loses an edge. Otherwise an OK knife.

Nice blade , very sharp out of box. Fits comfortably in pocket and is low profile.
Only complaint is that the pocket clip bent within a week of use. Not hard use either, just bent out of shape from being in my pocket.

Spyderco Endura 4 Black FRN Flat Sabre-Ground (C10PBK)
Purchased my first Endura 20 years ago. Stood up to lots of heavy use. Ended up giving it away as a gift in excellent condition. No other knife was a sufficient replacement, so I bought myself a second one this year.

Boker Manufaktur Solingen Beer Barrel Stockman (117474BBL)
Excellent for a traditional knife. The oak barrel scales are fantastic. Looking forward to this carbon steel to start leaving a patina. Keeping the blades lubed will help little more with upkeep but worth it. Delivery came promptly as usual with no hassle.

Sleek little knife and surprisingly functional. Looks great, very slim profile so it fits in the pocket wonderfully. A little strange to get used to the opening mechanism, but overall I would call it a good 'dress-knife'. Shipped fast, which was great!

This is by far one of the best practical application knives I have ever had the pleasure of using.

The brightness is great for its tiny size. Might just get one to put on each set of keys I have

Chef's Choice Model 4643 ProntoPro Diamond Hone Pull Through (4643)
Purchased from HOK in the summer of 2015 with a set of Shun knives. These knives have been my daily drivers and with this sharpener I have not needed to take my knives in for any work.
Pull your blade across the stones every time you use them and you will always have a sharp knife. Thats what my HOK rep told me and thats how its been.
Definitely recommend!

Victorinox Fibrox 10.25" Serrated Bread Knife (40547-5.2933.26)
I love this knife! My husband started making sourdough bread this year, and our standard bread knife was just not up to the task. My husband actually cut himself trying to slice a fresh loaf, so I started searching for a great replacement. This knife cut through fresh/soft loaves like butter, and I am also very happy I chose the longer length. Highly recommended! ❤

Great bread knife. Cuts through my very crusty home-made sourdough with no trouble at all.

I LOVE this knife! It cuts so well and is very attractive too. I only wish I had bought it years earlier.

Benchmade Aller Fumee (381)
They say you can’t buy cool....there wrong, this is cool! Great quality . I didn’t know that the one I bought was a first production with a production number on the blade so that was even more cool .

SOG Gambit Fixed-Blade Knife with Sheath, 2.58" (GB1001-CP)
The SOG gambit was my introduction to SOG and their high quality products. The gambit is a high quality knife that is a mix of a karambit and a flat blade. While the knife was perfect the sheath was something to be desired, the screw that holds the clip in place was stripped within the week from me just rotating the clip to see what I liked. I ended up zaps strapping the sheath to my backpack since it was more of a permanent fix. All around a good karambit style blade with rooms for improvement!

Peugeot Appolia Ceramic Oval Baking Dish 31cm - Blue (60619)
It is much bigger than I anticipated. I thought measurements included the handles as in other sites. I am still looking for a smaller dish but no luck after 5 months.
