Kershaw Valve (1375)
It's super cute, I love it! Just not quite as sharp as I'm used to but that's ok, I know someone who can sharpen it. Great knolife altogether though

EdgeLogix Diamond Quad Sharpening Stone 150 - 300 - 600 - 1000 Grit (1761)
Product looked used when I received it in the mail. Doesn't sharpen as well as advertised and I'd need a few extra passes on the stone to get it sharp enough.

Shun Classic 6" Boning Knife (DM0743)
The knife arrived in perfect shape along with the small gift which is on my key ring
I am looking forward to giving the knife a try when I break down a beef tenderloin
that I have defrosting in my fridge. Will use it to clean off the silverskin which it has a perfect design for.

Wusthof Classic Creme Ikon 6" Chef Knife (1040430116;4596-0/16)
Really beautiful knife and is a great size for my needs. I’m a small person and don’t usually need a full 8” chef’s knife for the kind of things I cut. Great out of the box and I feel like an idiot for not upgrading earlier from my previous—guilt-trip purchased—crappy knife. I might get an 8" knife at a later date, but for now this is all I need.
