Fusion Classic 7" Meat & Vegetable Cleaver (9813-18)
Absolutely gorgeous, sharp like an action movie star’s sword, love the weightyness, cuts through so nicely and quick. Just as a tip be careful of the very tip of the knife near the handle because it’s so sharp which I love. I recommend this multiple times.

Benchmade Triage - Orange (916SBK-ORG)
The knife overall seems very sturdy and high quality. I am very surprised to find I received it with what appears to be a used handle. There are black scuffs on the handle, and it looks like it has been handled quite a bit before being shipped to me

Kuchewerks Digital Instant Read Thermometer (1C-KE)
It was Inaccurate at measuring temperature and the buttons were cheaply made and hard to use. Don't recommend. I will be returning it.

Shun Classic 9pc Block Set - HOK Exclusive (DMS0932)
We’ve used these same knives years. bought these as a gift for daughter and husband. Great knives. Handle shape fits nicely in the fold of your knuckles. Well balanced in the hand. Highly recommend.

Benchmade Sibert Bushcrafter (162)
Excellent in every respect. I bought my first pocket knife at House of Knives, and now, my last belt knife. This knife is very comfortable in the hand, and is difficult to slip up to the blade with the coke-bottle shape and generous finger guard. It comes with a nice belt-formed 15 degree bevel, edge enthusiasts will still want to hone and strop. It even has a sharp 90 degree spine to strike a 1/2" ferro rod that can fit into the side carrier. The only criticisms I can come up with are the price point, though it is not that bad considering you will pass it down through at least 3 generations; also it doesn't come with a hanger for the D-loop, so the knife sits high on your belt with the attached loop. I vote you buy it. Cheers.

Kershaw Decimus (1559)
It's a nice knife, tough blade. Open easy and quickly. However the only thing that I dislike is there isn't a side to guide you to open. both sides are equals and the position in the back pocket is different from others knives. When you pull out you is more easy to open with the index finger. This is weird.
