Nogent 4" Steak Knife Rosewood (86-03070K)
On first go they were fantastic. I had a Nogent paring knife that I bought in France and have always loved. The steak knives seem of the same quality. Hands down the best value for dollar in any knives that I have, and I have some very expensive Wustof and Misono knives.

SOG BladeLight Fixed Blade - Satin (BLT10K)
A very nice blade. The lights are perfect for when you dont have a person to hold a flashlight. The sheath is Hard plastic and has gaps so you can use the lights even when the knife is sheathed.
The only problem is that the push button on the pommel is a little finicky and needs to be screwed into the hilt just the right amount or the button will not work.

Victorinox Swiss Army Cadet Silver Alox with Pouch (53042P)
I love the Swiss Army Cadet Silver Alox because it is a very versatile and durable knife, coupled with the fact that the one I bought came with a lovely brown leather pouch.
