Hello there, Rating would be higher, however Not sure quality control of products billing shipped are tested properly. My flipper Civivi Ki V is very stiff and very hard to open as designed to flick with index finger.

I wanted to track my purchase, but that involves me to re submit my personal information again. I feel I went through it once to order the package doing it twice is unnecessary. You had the item that I wanted, so that’s a plus. Although I feel the price is inflated, and we’ll the whole tracking my package being an unnecessary obstacle course. So far I feel a middle of the road experience to your online ordering. Hopefully there are no mistakes when it gets here.
