The shopping experience was excellent. I ordered 2 Kasumi knives. The information about the knives origin, style and features gave me confidence in my purchase. It took a little over 12 hrs from placing the order to receiving a notification that the knives were shipped. Very pleased so far. Looking forward to getting the knives.

Pricing and selection was great. The box you have to select before adding every item to your cart that said the item could not be returned, was not confidence inspiring, especially for a first time buyer.

Thank you for sharing Dwight, I can understand the concern but it is simply so people that live local to our brick and mortor stores know they cannot return the item in stores.
