my last Kershaw knife came from Portland ore. it was great, until i lost it! this one came from china! your customer service has been great in the past! i hope this carries on as i do not have a lot of faith in Chineese steel! brian bourke

Your website does not accept visa gc! I made a Paypal account in order to place my order only to discover you ship via Canada post. Reached out to change my order to in store pick up to guarantee it for Christmas. Was told I had to cancel and reorder. Not happening!! Took forever to get my order in the first time! Now my order has been sitting with Canada post for the last 3 days and won't arrive in time. Never again will order from House of Knives and I have been sharing my negative experience with all my friends and family.
