Purchased online with pick up at store option, for a last minute Christmas gift. Little did I know it needed to be shipped to store and who knows how long it will take….. also was given a tracking link with no tracking number. It’s a decent store but pretty horrible online system.

Love the product, but the website experience is horrible. Consider updating to a more user-friendly environment like on Shopify. Also some products say they are out of stock online.

Hi Stephanie, sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy the shopping experience. If there was anything in particular we welcome you to share your feedback with us at service@houseofknives.ca. As for the out of stock items, we remove the products that will not be available in the future and leave core items or items that are still available for us from the vendors. There is the option for the customer to sign up to be notified by email when the item is back in stock.

I made a call to the store in Calgary found they did not have what I wanted. The very pleasant man suggested to go online and told me it would get here before Christmas. I ordered on line and will pick up at the store so there is no delivery charge. Easy and I got what I wanted.
