Ordering on line was easy but I had a question re delivery date. I called the toll free number, was connected to voice mail so left a message. Within 5 mins an extremely helpful and friendly customer service representative (sounded like a young lady) called me back. She was a joy to speak with.

The website did have a lot of brands and options but does not remove “out of stock” items from the lists. Would be great if I could enter my city / postal code and locate specific items in stock at stores within a specific radius. Responsive online ordering to confirm and fast shipping so super pleased with that experience.

Thank you for the review today Shannon, I'm not sure if its only in store stock you were wanting to see on our website but we do have an option to only see in stock (online) on the left hand side there is a feature called availability, it works when browsing a department or brand. I'll pass the idea of adding store stock quantities to our ecom manager though, thanks for sharing.

Great knife. Great steel. First I’ve bought in years that had no markings. No brand name, no steel type. Just C on hinge pin. HOK great company.
BUT, I bought knife on sale just under $100, so I paid shipping of $10. They chose Canada Post Express. Bad choice. It took over 8 days from Vancouver to Toronto. FedEx,UPS, or any of dozens of carriers would have been much quicker and just as Cost effective.
