I wanted a specific Victorinox pocket knife that was not in stock at my local store. Two days later I picked it up at the store. No delivery fee.

Prompt, efficient service. In addition they tend to have many new models not available elsewhere in Canada.

I ordered a knife and I paid for it and it said it was shipped to the store for pick up, but it turns out it never arrived at the store. Now I have no gift for my husband for Father’s Day.

Shipping was super quick. Knives I got are great quality although one of them does have a rattle near the opening mechanism. Overall very happy with this purchase and experience with HOK.

Have made several orders to Ontario. I have always been really happy with the communication and selection, and all my products arrived exactly as ordered in perfect shape. Prices are fair. What more could you ask from. Good, Canadian knife shop? My go-to.
