As a person that has been in the US knife market for some time I find the prices at HOK to be quite high. Even if you convert currencies and add the taxes you will find that all the knives are considerably more expensive in general. Tariffs? Perhaps. Customs charges, maybe, US supplementation on oil, yes, but it seems like if HOK really wanted to create a bigger market they could do so. Drop the prices and get more serious about incentives for customers and see what happens? $10 on $149 isn't much of an incentive imho. It is cool that they matched an in-store price with an online one. They do carry new designs which drives interest.
Thank you HOK!
