i'm just getting into knives and learning about metals and styles, so I am purchasing entry level products to start. House of Knives has been a great resource and my first order went smoothly and shipping was quick. My only comment would be that for someone like myself, it's difficult to take advantage of your free shipping. for example, in my case, I was purchasing my first fixed blade knife. Unfortunately, most of the products I was interested in was not costly enough to qualify. I purchased elsewhere a couple times and postponed ordering this time. In the end, I ordered 2 entry level knives that I had finally become interested in. Not sure if it is possible but I'd likely purchase more often if shipping were free with 100 purchase.

Good prices online. Delivery isn’t free so I needed to go from Richmond to Burnaby to pick it up which took a long time because I wasn’t notified. In store service was very good. Can’t get a refund to an online order in store which is inconvenient but they did take a return and eventually I hope to see the refund. Lots of nice knives there. Also great potato peelers.

Shipping was quick item was received in ok condition. I didn’t like the fact that the item box was not sealed and inspecting the razor itself there are some light burs on it. Dunno if it’s because of shipping but that’s what I am assuming which is disappointing for the price of the item. House of knives is a good company won’t stop me from purchasing again.
