Your ordering process was a nightmare. The only saving grace was Scarlet, your customer service representative. I tried to order a knife for my friend's birthday as a first order and for some reason your system couldn't differentiate me as the billing address and him as the billing address. Yes, I did it properly. Your system rewrote it anyway.
You shouldn't have been able to bill me because you didn't have a correct billing address but somehow you did so anyway. Thankfully, Scarlet sorted it all out and cancelled the initial order so I could establish my account and get the order set up correctly. It would seem you haven't streamlined ordering and setting up an account simultaneously. Probably something for you to look at. I may never order from you again, the experience was so poor. Koodos to Scarlet for being awesome.

Love house of knives. Little bit on the expensive side but it’s a fantastic store. One of my favourites. Last two back to back online experiences were great. No problems. Even got to pick my items up in person, so I was able to enjoy the in store experience as well. Staff were great both times.

My biggest problème with house of knives is the way you are supposé to costumize wach knive .... you cant choose color etc your onli option is what you see !
Tracking your package is also weard after they ship ot you need to track it by émail and the tracking is not accurate but in a good way cause they alwaise get here beefore the date they show .. after that its pretty average the site as nothing crasy and price are OK i would give 3.5 stars if i could
