I recently purchased a Tenable Parr fixed blade from House of Knives and have been extremely impressed with the level of customer service I received.

Shortly after receiving the knife, I discovered an issue with the sheath clip that affected how it performed during everyday carry. Rather than simply pointing me to the manufacturer, House of Knives took the time to listen to my concerns, respond quickly, and work with me throughout the process. Liz was especially helpful, providing prompt, friendly communication and ensuring my detailed feedback—including photos and videos—was forwarded directly to the manufacturer for review.

What impressed me most was that I never felt like "just another order number." They treated my feedback seriously and continued to follow up rather than closing the conversation after the initial response.

While the clip issue itself is something the manufacturer will ultimately address, House of Knives has gone above and beyond to support me as their customer. That level of service builds confidence and makes me feel comfortable purchasing from them again.
