Good afternoon,
I just received my carbon fibre s90v Benchmade mini freek and cannot express how disappointed I am. This knife cost $340. I have been carrying a griptilian for a while and decided to upgrade based on the excellent action and feel of the axis lock. The mini freek is ridiculously expensive but I loved the way it looked with the upgraded materials. Out of the box the knife is completely stiff both in trying to flick open the knife ad well as when I engage the axis lock to close it. The axis lock itself has a terrible spring sound and the knifes poor action makes it feel like it’s full of grit. Although my griptilian did take a few days until it was completely smooth, this is not even close and for the money completely unacceptable. I will be looking for a full refund on this knife.
Thoroughly disappointed after being excited for the unboxing. I took a video which I can send as well.
Please let me know how to get my refund and return this knife.
