No real complaints. Leatherman had been sloppily repacked(product was fine) and the Buck 119 had the 75th anniversary badge in the handle and was not pictured on the site. No deal breakers though. I'll be back. Fast shipping. Decent prices. Thanks HOK 3.5 stars

Sturdy telescoping mechanism and doesn't feel like the pen will fall off keychain as long as "snapped" back properly, however, at first try, the pen ink did not flow very well...could possibly be because of the cold...will need to try using the pen when the outside temperatures are more reasonable.
