Service was top notch. You'll know what I mean if you are old enough to recall going to the "service station", where one guy would fuel you up, check the oil and clean the glass, while a second would check and adjust the tire pressures. There were complexities to deal with, and Liz was speedy and helpful. I don't have the blades yet, tho.
