More people will buy from House of Knives if it is made known that shipping is free to store locations. I had to wait to type in my personal shipping address before it gave me the option. Besides that, great experience!

Maxum was phenomenal. He knows his stuff, and is passionate about the product. Two attributes that are hard to find these days in retail. The second time I went there was a tall, young asian gentleman there. he was great as well, very personable. Both are at Park Royal.
