Had a great experience with the online store. Awesome selection and one of few stores to carry Shun Knives. I ordered the Shun 12” Brisket knife and am looking forward to getting it and using it soon. Thanks
Update: Ok so I received my Shun Kanso Brisket Knife, Saya and Shun Knife Roll and I have to say I’m in love with this knife. I’ve already sliced up two smoked brisket flats and cubed up Brisket Point for Burnt Ends. It’s a beautiful knife and cuts amazing. I’ve already ordered the Shun Kanso Santoku 7” knife and Saya. Can’t wait to get them all now. Lol

The site makes it easy to find what I am looking for, to research and compare, and ultimately to purchase quality knives at competitive pricing. Just about everything I order arrives a day earlier than predicted, so bonus points for that. No doubt I will keep coming back as long as my urge to collect continues. Thanks HoK for being such an excellent resource!

I just received my order. HOK has great selection and my order was on sale so, score! The Swiss Army knife is beautiful with the onyx finish. It's a gift for my nephew in the military.
The shopping was excellent and the order came quick. Thank you.

House of Knives matched a price from another retailer's sale at a significant difference in cost. The process went smoothly and without issue. The response was fast and easy to manage. I will probably be a regular customer as I am turning into quite a collector.

They shipped within 24 hours and the knife came super sharp right out of the box. I am very happy with my purchase though. Only issue is the selection is kind of limited. It would be great if choices becomes a little more versatile.

The reality of carbon-based stainless steel is that it will develop oxydative stress when exposed to humidity, especially if left untreated. H-1 is a nitrogen-based steel that will not rust even if left submerged in salt water, hence the name. Its full corrosion resistance does come at a cost of holding an edge; fortunately H-1 strops back to razor sharpness quickly and easily.

Online selection seems good. Ordering process seems just as good as everyone else. I wish HOK stores carried more products in store because not all of us care to use online shopping. Maybe carry less stuff that people don’t buy and a variety of stuff people do buy. Having 1 option for a flashlight and a billion options of other things seems kinda silly. I’m happy I found a flashlight I was looking for and I hope it’s delivered soon especially since the girl at the store said the warehouse is in… Burnaby BC. In reality it should be there same day or one day later.
