I wish that it was possible to give a score of zero. Upon the arrival of the delivery from fed ex ,the package contained an EMPTY box . I have called all of the available phone numbers for House of Knives and No answer !!!!! Again they (House of Knives) have taken the the time to address , the only thing that seems to matter ...... the review

I had a great experience at their store. I was looking at a few different pocket knives on the web and was able to go in to the store and get a feel for them in person to narrow down my decision. Not only that, the person who helped me was knowledgeable and spent the time and effort to answer all my questions. I was able to buy one item in store and order another from their website later that day at the best price I could find.

Love your online store, orders are processed extremely quickly, email reminders are sent as soon as product is back in stock, which saves me time, by not having to check daily and maybe missing out on my favourite Knifes (COLD STEEL)..And any special shipping instructions is handled perfectly. Also love the fact that House of Knives, has massive selection to chose from. This saves me a lot of money on Gas, by not having to drive to 10 different stores looking for a special item.
