Great selection, found many versions of the two pocket knives I was looking for. Prices looked reasonable and delivery was PDQ. What more could you want? WHAT MORE COULD YOU WANT?! THEY JUST WANT YOU TO BE HAPPY!

I made a mistake. I ordered a Kizer Begleiter without doing research like I usually do; not knowing there was a Begleiter 2. Regardless, it is a beautiful knife that I will be keeping. I left a review somewhat bemoaning my mistake and H.O.K. replied to my review within hours. They offered to facilitate the return of my purchase so I could “…get the knife that I wanted…” and on top of that offered me a 10% discount for the (MY) mistake! In a world chock full of indifference and zero regard for “the other guy” this was so refreshing! This clearly shows H.O.K. are clearly “knife people” that actually care about their customers even after they have the money. Amazing.
