I placed the order and my knives arrived soon after. These guys have their “stuff” together! I’ve placed numerous orders for several different knives, (yes I have a problem) at no time have I been disappointed about the service. The only time I’m disappointed is when what I want is sold out. You can trust that what you order will arrive in a timely manner.

I ordered a knife online and to save the cost of shipping arranged to pick it up at the West Edmonton Mall store. The store was supposed to call me when the knife was ready for pick up but the call never came. I had to message customer service from the website to find out it had been at the store for more than a week. Apparently the staff at the store are supposed to call customers to pick up orders so this was a problem at the store level.

Hello John, Thank you. We love any and all feedback and will use yours as a training tool. Sometimes when our stores get busy and we are short staffed we make mistakes. This being said we should of done better and on behalf of West Edmonton Mall, I apologize.

As it arrives the web gets stocked as quickly as possible.
