Your Point of Sale for online purchasing needs serious work. Two different Credit Cards did not work, despite having correct zip codes. Paypal would not allow me to log into my account. I could only pay by entering my card and information as a guest. Obviously you're aware this is a problem, since it's at the top of the checkout page.

Really happy with my new CRKT LCK+ large. I spoke with Janet who has been the manager at Metrotown House of Knives like forever. She had the smaller version in-store but told me I could order online and save home shipping costs by having it shipped to her store and then pick it up there. 3 days later I got a call that my knife was there and ready for my pickup. I'm at Metrotown 3 to 4 times a week anyways so no problem for me. This transaction from online order to Janet handing me my knife was shockingly fast. Yes I know the warehouse is in Burnaby but fantastic service is fantastic service. My only regret is that Janet doesn't get anything out of it. I normally don't write reviews but I hope this compensates her a little bit. Jim from Burnaby.

I came into the store with my knife. I wanted a knife block that would hold this plus my additional knives. I ordered online based on a product code provided by the sales person.. and went to the store to pickup my block. Surprise…my knife won’t fit. This going through a store rep who found and recommended what I should order. The first was $100.
The second was $175. Needless to say I won’t be buying any knife blocks from your company again.
